Registration Current registration is being conducted at Sonoraville Elementary for the 09-10 school year for grades K-5. The following documents are needed to register: Shot Record (form 3231), Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, 2 proofs of residency and a copy of the student's last report card and current tests scores (if applicable). Out of District We appreciate your interest in Sonoraville Elementary School. At this time we are not accepting out of district students because our classes are reaching capacity. We do suggest you complete an out of district form at your child's current elementary school and return the form to the home school. If your child meets the Out of District requirements, he/she will be placed on a waiting list. Students will be taken in the order that applications were received. |
