Bullying and teasing are two very different things.  Unfortunately, teasing is something that occurs on a daily basis between children.  The question is, when does it cross the line and become bullying?  Please read the information below regarding bullying vs. teasing behavior.  Before deciding if something is bullying behavior, we need to ask ourselves, is it repetetive, intentional, and power-based?  If the answer to all three of these questions is yes, then you might have a bullying situation on your hands, and this should be reported to a school administrator.
