Hello, my name is Ramona Burnett. I am the media specialist at Belwood. I am highly qualified for this position. My EDS in Early Childhood Education was earned at Valdosta State University. I received a BS and Masters from Auburn University. War Eagle! My educational training also includes add-on certification in the areas of Gifted and Media Specialist and a Reading Endorsement. I have taught Gifted, kindergarten and first and third grade. My family includes my husband David, a civil engineer for the city of Calhoun and my two children. My son Ethan is a high school sophmore and my daughter Emily is a 2012 graduate of Kennesaw State University. I also have three dogs. My greatest joy is helping to instill the love of reading in our Belwood students so that they become lifelong readers.
