Hello!!!

My name is Miss Jennie and I am your new school counselorJ

A little about me…

I have 3 dogs (Bandit, Daisy and Melon) I love dogs and would have a bazillion if I could afford them!! I am originally from Cobb County in Marietta, GA. I have lived in Alabama and Alaska, but I always seem to find my way home to Georgia!  I was the school counselor for 6 years at Oakland Elementary School in Ellijay, GA (2005-2011) and before that I spent 7 years in mental health counseling in the fields of: sexual assault, domestic violence, child abuse, HIV, developmentally disabled children and therapeutic foster care. My most recent position was with the Division of Child Support Services for the state of Georgia. I am thrilled to be joining the Sonoraville Elementary School Family!!
