Gordon County Schools will recover instructional time lost due to school closures by utilizing online learning through Schoology, the district's online learning management system. In the event of inclement weather, students will be asked to complete assignments at home. The assignments can be found inside the black folder labeled “Online Learning Plans” within each Schoology course. We realize that during a weather emergency that there could be sporadic power outages, internet unavailability, etc. Upon return to school, students will be given five days to complete any work assigned that may have not been completed. Under extenuating circumstances, such as consecutive absences due to weather-related issues, students may be given additional days to complete assignments.
