• Consolidated Plan

    Gordon County Schools has an approved Consolidated LEA Improvement Plan (CLIP) for FY19.   The Georgia Department of Education requires the CLIP to fulfill the need for a plan from each local educational agency (LEA) to define how the LEA will support their students when accepting federal funds under The Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) of 2015.  Components of the CLIP include the Comprehensive Needs Assessment, District Improvement Plan, and the District Parent and Family Engagement Policy. These documents are revised with input of stakeholders each school year to form the basis for the district’s various state and federal program grants.
