This will be my ninth year at Sonoraville Elementary School. I taught third grade for two years and fifth grade for three years. This is my fourth year as the literacy specialist. I am so thankful to be working with our wonderful students and dedicated teachers here at SES! If you have any questions or concerns about literacy, please feel free to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or 706-879-5302.
On a more personal note, I am a lifelong resident of Gordon County, and I am a product of the Gordon County School System. I am married to Brian Childers, and we have two wonderful children, Allie and Trevor. Allie is 19 years old, and she attends Reinhardt University. Trevor is 15 years old, and he is a sophmore at Sonoraville High School. We love being a part of the Phoenix Nation! When I am not at school, I enjoy being involved in my children’s extracurricular activities, reading, and traveling.
