Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Hannah Schuster

Welcome to 3rd grade at Sonoraville Elementary School! My name is Hannah Schuster, and I feel so blessed to be your child’s teacher this year. Teaching is my passion and it is my goal to love and make an impact on each and every child that walks through my door. We are going to have a wonderful and exciting year together at Sonoraville Elementary!

I am a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Berry College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education. I also hold a M. Ed. in Elementary Education from Valdosta State University, along with an ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) and reading endorsement. I am highly qualified to teach PK-5th grade in all content areas.

This will be my fourth year teaching! I taught first grade at Sonoraville Elementary my first year of teaching, and this will be my third year as a third grade reading, writing, and language arts teacher. I feel so honored and blessed to be a part of Sonoraville Elementary School and have the opportunity to work with the wonderful students, faculty, and staff!

One reason why I love third grade so much is that students develop and grow a lot over the course of one year. I will strive each day to make learning a fun and enriching process for your child. However, I need your help in making this year as successful as it can be! I believe that you and I are a team working together to help your child develop emotionally and academically. You are the most important person in your child’s life, and you are also a teacher. I know if we work together and communicate, your child will have a very successful year! Please feel free to contact me anytime at (706) 879-5302 or

On a more personal note, I live in Calhoun with my husband Nathan, who is a history teacher at Sonoraville High School. He also coaches football for SHS and middle school baseball for RBMS. We love being a part of the Phoenix Nation! When I am not at school, I enjoy playing golf, reading, digital design, and spending time with family and friends.

Let's have a great year!
