My name is Joy Dodd and I am the Music Teacher and Chorus Director at Sonoraville Elementary School.  I have an Associate of Arts Degree from Reinhardt College, a Bachelor of Music Degree from West Georgia College and a Masters of Education Degree from Kennesaw State University. I have won piano performance awards and have been the piano accompanist for musical performances locally as well as in Austria, Germany and Ireland.  Previously, I taught music at Belwood Elementary School and Fairmount Schools.

On a personal note, my husband and I, our two daughters, sons-in-law and grandchildren live in Gordon County.  I am very proud of my family!

I hope that the students at Sonoraville Elementary School will have a wonderful, musical year!
