Mrs. Mallory Parris
Hello! My name is Mallory Parris and I am the REACH teacher at TES. I graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2015 with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and an endorsement in Teaching Reading. I graduated from KSU- again- in 2017 with a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education and an endorsement in Gifted Education. Currently, I am working on my Education Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction at Piedmont College. The 2020-21 school year will be my sixth year at Tolbert. I've taught first grade, third grade, and now REACH, and I was fortunate enough to be named the TES Teacher of the Year in 2019. I was born and raised in Dalton, Georgia, but now live in Sugar Valley with my husband, Trey, our daughter, Mia Grace, and our fur babies- Buck and Copper. I am also a youth leader at my church and have a passion for all things faith, family, and friends. I believe that hard work goes a long way and am dedicated to pushing my students to their highest potential!
