Mrs. LIsa Williams

This is my 11th year teaching at WL Swain. I teach the Mild and Moderate Intellectual self-contained class. I have worked for Gordon County School system for 16 years.

I graduated from University of West Georgia in Early Childhood education in 2008, I have completed my M.Ed in Special Education from Walden University, August 2018. I am highly qualified to teach children in K-5th grade. As an educator my mission is to help each student realize that they have what it takes to be a successful. I will always strive to inspire each and every child to be a lifelong learner with positive self-esteem. I will provide an inviting and supportive environment which will enable all children to become healthy, self-confident and productive citizens. The classroom will be a "safe" place where each child can learn, grow, and maximize their potential. I will always strive to be a high performing teacher!

I live with my husband, Donald in Gordon County. I have four adult children and 9 grandchildren, ages 1 years to 18 months. In my spare time I love to read and spend time with my family.
