I am Monica Nacey. I am the Gifted and Talented teacher at Swain elementary school. I love teaching students with different learning styles. This is my fifth-year teaching and first year as the Gifted teacher. Each year has been an adventure and this year will be no different. 

       I graduated from University West Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. I received my master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and then my Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction both from Piedmont College. The gifted certificated was also added in July 2021.

             I firmly believe learning never truly ends and we will always be a student in some way. I am highly qualified to teacher all student’s kindergarten through fifth grade.
