Bryce Bussert Named Valedictorian Co-Star Student

Congratulations to Bryce Bussert for being named the Valedictorian and Co-Star Student of the Senior Class of 2019. The Valedictorian is the honor student with the highest numerical average. The STAR student is awarded to those seniors who are in the top 10% of their class and have garnered the highest SAT score on a single test date. Each year STAR students are asked to select a STAR teacher who has made the most significant contribution to their scholastic development. Bryce selected Ashli Hall as his STAR teacher. Mrs. Hall stated “Bryce is a student an educator dreams of teaching. He loves learning for learning sake, is conscientious, driven, and at the same time, has one of the kindest hearts I have ever taught.”

Bryce is currently attending Middle Georgia State University in Milledgeville, Georgia, as a Dual Enrollment student. He will receive his Associates Degree in Spanish, and he plans to pursue a degree in Linguistics and Economics.

Bryce is involved with FCA, FBLA, Sources of Strength, Warrior Academy, Academic Bowl, and the Rifle Team. He also participates on the Cross Country and Track Teams.

Congratulations to Bryce on such an amazing accomplishment!
