Congratulations to the Gordon Central High School Class of 2026!
Last night’s graduation ceremony marked the beginning of a new journey for these students as they move forward into postsecondary education, careers, military service, and other exciting opportunities.
Thank you to the Gordon Central Chorale, led by chorus director Sheryl Caycho, for sharing their talents during the ceremony. Student Body President Peyton Schwartz welcomed families and friends with his greeting speech. Salutatorian Seth Kolterman and Valedictorian Keira Bryson reflected on their school experiences and offered words of encouragement to their classmates, and Senior Class President Lily Perez closed the ceremony with her farewell speech.
Gordon Central High School Principal Dr. Amy Parker shared heartfelt words with the Class of 2026, reflecting on the special connection she has with this group after watching many of them grow up alongside her own graduating daughter. Superintendent Alice Mashburn accepted the recommendation for graduation and congratulated the Class of 2026 for their achievements.
