We are pleased to announce the Class of 2023 graduation date and excited to start planning this celebration for our Seniors!

Gordon County Schools’ Class of 2023 Graduation Ceremonies will be held at the Dalton Convention Center Saturday, May 27th. Sonoraville High School’s ceremony will begin at 10:00am and Gordon Central’s ceremony will start at 4:00pm. As the date approaches, specific information will be provided by each high school.

Both high schools received feedback from parent & student surveys and their school governance teams, which heavily supported holding the ceremonies at this venue. Graduation is an important milestone for students; therefore, we feel it is important to ensure inclement weather does not prevent family and friends from participating in the celebration.
