Good evening, Tolbert families. This is a brief reminder for tomorrow's Third Day of School regarding our drop-off procedures and change of transportation guidelines. Beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, August 11, students will walk themselves into the building with the support of our car rider and bus teams. We appreciate your collaboration in this as we aim to build students' ongoing confidence during the morning arrival process. Additionally, our normal change of transportation guidelines go into effect tomorrow after our two-day grace period for the first days of school. As a reminder, any changes to a student's transportation must be sent to school via a handwritten parent note in your child's communication folder. Siblings in different homerooms must each have their own parent note. We do not accept transportation changes over the phone, via email, or via Class Dojo. We appreciate your support and adherence to these procedures as we seek to ensure all students are safe during afternoon departure. As always, we value our Tolbert families and look forward to working alongside you daily to ensure your students can be their BEST at TES. Go Warriors!

Tolbert Elementary students enjoyed their first no cost lunches of the school year today, and there were plenty of smiles in the cafeteria.

Students and teachers alike enjoyed the meal, and TES staff used the first day as an opportunity to build relationships, welcome students, and create a positive start to the year. We appreciate our school nutrition team and teachers for helping make day one special for our students.
