Dear Families and Guardians,
We are excited to celebrate our students during Honors Day and Completion Ceremonies at Tolbert Elementary! These events are a wonderful opportunity to recognize the hard work, growth, and accomplishments of our students throughout the school year.
Please review the important visitor and checkout information carefully to help ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone attending.
All programs will be held in the gym, and all visitors must check in through the front office with a valid photo ID. We encourage guests to arrive early to allow time for check-in.
Please also note:
• Visitors must be listed in Infinite Campus unless accompanied by a listed parent/guardian or approved through a written note sent to the office the morning of the program.
• Any person checking out a student who is not listed in Infinite Campus must have written permission submitted to the office that morning.
• Teachers will maintain sign-out sheets for students leaving after the program.
• Students who check out after their ceremony will not be counted absent for the day. This policy does not apply to siblings.
We appreciate your cooperation as we work together to celebrate our students while maintaining a safe and organized environment.
