Meeting Information
All meetings of the local school governance team are open to the public.
The school governance council shall meet at least six times annually. The council shall also meet at the call of the chairperson, or at the request of a majority of the members of the school council.

Meeting Locations & Times
W.L. Swain Elementary School's Local School Governance Team meetings will be conducted at 7:00 am in the front office conference room.
Request to Address Forms
“Request to Address” forms can be picked up in the Main Office.
Forms must be submitted to the LSGT Chairperson five (5) school days prior to a scheduled LSGT Meeting for approval/denial

August 28th at 4:00-6:00 PM - TEAMS (System Training)
September 28th at
7:00 AM
November 9th at 7:00 AM
January 25th at 7:00 AM
March 21st at 7:00 AM
April 25th at 7:00 AM
All School Governance Team Meetings will take place in the W.L. Swain Elementary Front Office Conference Room at 7:00 A.M. unless otherwise stated.
