To make it even easier for students to obtain the latest Office, Microsoft is announcing Student Advantage. Microsoft believes this offer will help institutions improve the learning outcomes for their students by providing Microsoft’s best productivity solution at no additional licensing cost. Teachers and staff also qualify for this offer!
Upon sign up, students, teachers and staff will be able to install Office on up to 5 PCs and Macs and up to 5 mobile devices such as iPads, iPhones and Android devices where they can access and share work with 1TB of OneDrive storage.

Teachers and Staff - Navigate to portal.office.com from any computer, type in your full school email address, and network password. Your copies of Office and Mobile Office are available for installation on the landing page.
NOTE: GCS computers will either already have Office installed or Office can be installed from KACE. Please do not waste one of your personal licenses by choosing the install option at school.
Students - Office 365 is available to students on an Opt-In basis only. A Parental Consent Form for each student must be completed by a legal parent/guardian, and returned to your child's home school. These forms will be collected and an account will be created for each student who has opted in. Student login credentials will be returned to the Media Specialist at each school to be disseminated to students. These login credentials may be used at portal.office.com to obtain your free software.
