ASSISTANT COACHING STAFF NAMED TOP IN GEORGIA

Recently, the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) announced the assistant coaching staff at Sonoraville High School as the Assistant Coaching Staff of the Year for Georgia.

The assistant coaching staff for the Sonoraville Firebird Wrestling program is made up of Matthew Holmes, Jacob Bagwell, Chris Thompson, Randy Muse and Brandon Hufstetler.

“These five guys have all played key roles over the past 6 years and have been key contributors in the success Sonoraville High School Wrestling has achieved,” stated Sonoraville High Wrestling Head Coach, Randy Steward. “They have all helped to build this program into one of the best wrestling programs in the state of Georgia. Very proud of each of them for this well-deserved award. I would also like to say a huge thanks to long time MS Coach, David Bowers, for all his work and support.”
