AMS Band Director, Mr. Will Johnson, has been selected to march in the 2023 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade® with The Band Directors Marching Band on November 23, 2023! Mr. Johnson will join a marching band of 400 band directors from across the country, including Gordon Central's Band Director, Mr. Neal Crawford, for this event. Congratulations to the AMS School-Level Spelling Bee winners: Champion, Raizel Solorio and Runner-up, Kalea Hunter! The spelling bee went thirteen rounds, and the championship word was "wisdom".
