AMS is celebrating National FFA Week with special dress-up days February 14-18

AMS celebrated our guidance counselor, Ms. Anna Stutts, during National School Counseling Week. She received a gift and a special personalized card.

The AMS Boys Soccer Team defeated Darlington on yesterday 6-1 in their first match of the season. Angel Chavez scored three goals and had 2 assist, Randy Vicente scored 2 goals, Donnie Nguyen scored 1 goal and had 1 assist, and Yair Martinez had 1 assist. Next game will be at Home on Monday against Redbud!

Today at AMS, 8th graders met with the Gordon Central counselor to learn about career pathways and classes offered at the high school. Students will bring home a paper to share with parents, so they can look over the options and discuss what is offered that may be of interest.
