What a wonderful way to kick off the school year! 🌟
The Sonoraville High School Majorettes stopped by Belwood Elementary on our first day back from summer break and treated us to a delicious breakfast. 🥞
Their kindness and generosity set such a positive tone for the year ahead!
A huge thank you to these amazing young leaders! 💛

Students tried out a variety of activities, including wall climbing, gymnastics, and basketball, giving them a chance to move, explore, and build confidence while having fun with their classmates.
It was a great first day at BES, and we are excited to see how our students learn, grow, and succeed this year!

Available at all Gordon County elementary schools, the After School Program (ASP) provides students in Pre-K through 5th grade with a safe and caring environment from school dismissal until 6:00 p.m. each school day. Students can enjoy study time, recreational activities, arts and crafts, enrichment opportunities, and a daily snack.
We highly encourage families to register before the first day of school. You can do this through the Eleyo online registration system at gcbe.ce.eleyo.com. The annual registration fee is $25 per family. Daily attendance is $10 for the first child and $8 for each additional child.
ASP staff will be located at each elementary school during our Open House dates. To learn more about the program, visit our website at https://www.gcbe.org/page/after-school-program-asp.
Register today and give your child a place to grow, connect, and succeed beyond the school day!
