Congratulations to our very own Mrs. Christy Smith. Not only is she FES Teacher of the Year but last night in a ceremony she was named Gordon County Schools Teacher of the Year System Winner. Mrs. Katy Waters, FES and Gordon County Schools Teacher of the Year last year, was proud to announce and pass the honor to her colleague! We are blessed at Fairmount Elementary with a dedicated, caring, and hardworking family!
