It was wonderful to see families come together for United Way of Gordon County’s United We Read event. From free lunches and engaging activities to books, community resources, and visits from local first responders, the day was filled with opportunities to encourage a love of reading and learning.

Fairmount Elementary Principal Rebecca Champion was there to greet families and students during this fun event. Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the event such a success!

We are grateful for community partners like United Way of Gordon County who are investing in our students and families all summer long. We can’t wait to see the impact United We Read has across Gordon County in the weeks ahead!
