We would like to welcome Emily Lewis to our Bulldog Family! Mrs. Lewis is our Speech Language Pathologist. She has a BA from Georgia State University in Speech Communication across the Lifespan and a masters from Armstrong State University in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Mrs. Lewis and her husband, Johnathan, have three sons-Elijah, Wyatt, and Graham. Mrs. Lewis states she loves being a Speech Language Pathologist! In her free time Mrs. Lewis likes camping, boating, and watching the Atlanta Braves!

We would like to welcome Alyssa Byrd to our Bulldog Family! Mrs. Byrd will be teaching 3rd grade. She graduated from Berry College with her Elementary Education degree and is currently working on her master’s degree. Mrs. Byrd and her husband were recently married and moved here from Florida. At the age of 4, Mrs. Byrd begin playing piano and is classically trained. She attended a Fine Arts Academy until the age of 18. She is excited to be a part of the Bulldog Family!

We would like to welcome Mary Nixon to our Bulldog Family! Ms. Nixon will be teaching 1st grade. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of West Georgia and a master’s from Valdosta State with Reading and Dyslexia endorsements. Ms. Nixon and her fiancé are getting married in October and enjoy their 4 fur babies (cats-Riki, Zoli, Roxi, and Zues). Ms. Nixon stated she has always wanted to be a teacher and would play school, where she was always the teacher, when she was a child. Teaching is truly her passion!
