Students in Physics class had an “eggciting” time creating a structure that would prevent a raw egg from breaking when dropped from a high distance.
Using information that the students learned in Physics class, they worked together to create a design that would reduce the amount of energy transferred from potential to kinetic energy on the eggshell to keep the egg from cracking. Some groups were successful, while a few were not, but all had a fun, educational experience.
