PUBLIC INPUT NEEDED: Gordon County Schools is currently seeking parental input for the adoption of high school textbooks for several Advanced Placement courses. Sonoraville High School National Beta Club Welcomes the 2023 New Members This is an honor that is bestowed upon students because of their outstanding qualities of Character, Scholarship, and Leadership. New SHS Beta Club Members will receive their Induction Certificates and Pins during the Honors Day Program on Friday, May 19, 2023

Jackson Burchett and Taylor Mullins win Anglers of the Year for the NWGHSAA. The is the first ever AOY for a team from Sonoraville High School. This achievement is remarkable and very hard to earn. These two young men have worked very hard this year to bring home a 1st overall finish out of nearly 80 boats. GOOOO PHOENIX!!

Congratulations to SHS and Gordon County 4-H’ers Hunter Petty and Rebekah McElrath for signing to continue their academic career on livestock judging scholarships to Northern Oklahoma College in Tonkawa, Oklahoma. Congrats to 🥇Kylie Hurd, Gold ranking Beef Production Proficiency 🥇Hunter Petty, Gold ranking Goat Production Proficiency 🥇Ryland Stamey , Area 1 Tractor Operations CDE Winner Additionally, Congratulations to Makena Blalock who ended her year of service as the 2022-2023 Area 1 President. After a process of a application, general knowledge test, & campaign speech Makena Blalock was named the 2023-2024 Area 1 President! Congrats to our Students, thank you for your efforts!
